This is a beautiful, gem of a complex offering many amenities and fairly new and renovated apartments. I moved here from Long Island and I was shocked and Thrilled I could move somewhere where there is a CLEAN gym onsite, pool, grill area and washer/ dryer in the unit with no additional charge and not have to pay an arm and a leg for a facility with such things. Alex was my leasing agent and he was extremely kind, helpful, calm, informative and knowledgeable about the property. He is really dedicated to ensuring the customer experience is smooth and any bumps along the way were addressed with genuine care and attention. He is really good at his job and I definitely recommend going through him to find your new home! Thank you Alex and the Atlantic on the Avenue team.

I’ve only just moved in but the process has been seamless and any hiccups along the way have been immediately addressed and handled by Alex. He’s welcoming, professional, and efficient— everything you could hope for in a leasing agent. The facility and functions are well maintained and I can already see glimpses of the role he plays in all of that aside from the care he takes with each resident. Chayla was our consultant who sold us on living here and she has also been wonderful in assessing our lease / onboarding. We are very happy we chose Atlantic on the Avenue and feel very satisfied with the staff present— including maintenance. Despite the limited amount of employees, each person who has regarded us has done so with diligence.

Never felt the need to leave a review until I applied at Atlantic on the Avenue and met with Alex Maximov one of the leasing agents. Alex made sure ALL of our needs were met and made our moving process easy and clear. He asked questions I’ve never heard a leasing agent ask. He asked if we have any must haves, like would we like to face towards the pool or do we need a more shady area with trees. My wife and I like our room to be opposite of the kids room and he made sure we got exactly that. He made sure to explain the funds and credentials needed perfectly so we wouldn’t have to worry about any hidden fees, and it went exactly as he said it would. We appreciate Mr. Maximov and we have already sent others here to speak with him and apply with this property.
