Came to visit the property and was greeted by Tyson. She was so professional and friendly. She gave me several options to choose from. Loved this property and its staff!

The staff at this complex are top notch. Tyson was super resourceful and gave high quality customer service during my unit tour. I would highly recommend touring with her. Great personality as well

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this community and their staff! Mandy and Tyson are always available and willing to help when asked and have been a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Atlantic on the Avenue to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. Beautiful apartments with an even better group of people working there.

I’ve been delivering(There ups driver)to Mandy an her staff for many years. They are the nicest group of people on my route. They always make sure I’m okay an have enough FiJi water. Thank you Mandy for being amazing an you’re always working hard..

There's not much to not love about Atlantic on the Avenue! Managing a property is not for the faint of heart and this team does it with zest and pure talent. I can't say enough about Matthew Craven and his abilities and skills to always help with a smile. 10/10 would recommend!
